ښاغلی شفیق الله زیارمل د محمد شاه زوی چې په ۱۳۷۳ل کال کې د پکتیا ولایت میرزکې ولسوالی د خلیلانو کلي په یوه متدینه کورنی کې زیږیدلی دی.

زده کړې:

• ابتدایه زده کړې (بکلوریا): د میرزکې خلیلانو عالي لیسه ( ۱۳۹۲ل کال).
• نیمه لوړې زده کړې (فوق بکلوریا): د پکتیا کثیرالرشتوي انستیتیوت د اداره او مدیریت څانګه ( ۱۳۹۳ل کال).
• لوړې زده کړې (لیسانس): پکتیا پوهنتون اقتصاد پوهنځی (مالي او بانکي څانګه)  ( ۱۳۹۷ل کال).

دندې:

ښاغلی شفیق الله زیارمل په ۱۳۹۸ل کال کې د زم زم لوړو زده کړو مؤسسه کې د اقتصاد پوهنځي داستاد په حیث مقرر شو او له هغه راوروسته یې په مختلفې دندې پرمخ وړې دي: د تضمین کیفیت عمومي مدیر، د مالي او بانکي څانګې آمر، د اقتصاد پوهنځي رییس او اوس مهال د محصلانو چارو مرستیال په حیث دنده پرمخ وړي.

 

Mr. Shafiqullah Ziarmal, son of Mohammad Shah, was born in a religious family in Khalilan village, Mirzaka district of Paktia province in 1994.

Education:

• Baccalaureate Degree from Khalilan Mirzaka Boys High School in 2013.
• Associate Degree in Administration and Management from Paktia Complex Institute in 2015.
• Bachelor Degree in Economics (Department of Banking and Finance) from Paktia University in 2108.

Work Experience:

Mr. Shafiqullah Ziarmal was appointed as a lecturer in the Faculty of Economics at Zam Zam Institute of Higher Education in 2019 and later on he has held various duties including, General Manager of Quality Assurance Unit, Head of Banking and Finance Department, Dean of Economics Faculty and now he has been working as Vice Chancellor of Students Affairs.

دا چې د لوړو زده کړو سناریو په نړیواله کچه د پام وړ بدلون او ودې شاهد دی. په افغانستان کې هم لوړو زده کړو په دې وروستیو لسیزو کې د نړیوالو غوښتنو سره د سمون لوری اختیار کړی  او هرې ادارې د تعلیم په مخ کې د داخلي او نړیوالو ننګونو سره د مقابلې لپاره د ماډرنې تکنالوژی په کارولو سره چمتووالی نیولی دی.

په افغانستان کې د زده کړو له دولتي بنسټونو علاوه د خصوصي کولو په پایله کې، لوی تمرکز د پوهې په لوړولو کې د باکیفیته، غوره او متحرک پلیټ فارم په رامینځته کولو دی.

د “پوهه ځواک دی” د عقیدې یو پیاوړی باوري او عملي کونکی، د زم زم لوړو زده کړو مؤسسه د ځوانو او متحرکو انساني سرچینو پرمټ د اخلاقي ارزښتونو په نظر کې نیولو سره د باکیفیته زده کړو عرضه کولو په درشل کې دی، دا چې د زم زم لوړو زده کړو مؤسسې  اصلي موخه د نړیوالو معیارونو سره سم د لوړو زده کړو چمتو کول دي، نو له همدې امله ټول پروګرامونه د نړیوالو معیارونو سره سم تدوین شوي دي.

د پوهنځیو تجربه لرونکي او ورزیده کادري غړي په دوامداره توګه په دې هڅه کې دي چې د نوښت لرونکې پیداګوژی پرمټ د کار بازار ته په ټولو اړینو مهارتونو او وړتیاؤ سمبال کادرونه وروزي.

د زم زم لوړو زده کړو مؤسسې له لوري ټول وړاندې کېدونکي پروګرامونه د انتخاب پر اساس د کریډیټ سیسټم (Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) ) او د پایلې پر بنسټ میتود (Outcome Based Approach) سره سم پرمخ وړي.

زموږ نصاب خورا معاصر او د سترو خلاقو ذهنیتونو د هڅو پایله ده چې پکې  د پوهنځیو د علمي کادر ګڼ شمېر غړو، د صنعت کارپوهانو او څېړنو د مختلفو سازمانونو غړو پکې برخه اخیستې ده.

په زم زم لوړو زده کړو مؤسسه کې څیړنې، مشورې او نوښت زموږ د بریالیتوب کلیدي ستنې ګڼل کیږي او د ټولنې مختلفو قشرونو ته یې روزنیز سمینارونه، برنامې او ورکشاپونه دایر کړي دي.

زه پوره باور لرم چې د زم زم لوړو زده کړو مؤسسه د یو غوره مسیرپه لوري روان دی او راتلونکي نسل ته غوره او باکیفیته زده کړې وړاندې کوي او په ملت جوړونه کې مثبت رول لوبوي.

موږ بار بار هڅه کوو چې ټولو ته  کیفیت لرونکي زده کړې چمتو کړو او د شخصیت د ودې لپاره یو داسې چاپیریال رامنځته کړو چې په نړیواله کچه د علمي او مسلکي کادرونو د روزلو لامل شي.
